		<description>This ranking is very interesting in terms of Jamaica being in the top fifty countries of the Global Technology Report for 2008.But apparently, this is quite paradoxical,because even with such a ranking, the Jamaican  economy is not being transformed  into an economy  realizing  or experiencing any real sense of growth and development.</description>
