I had applied for my NHT returns in January, I had received a confirmation text message from your office from the 28th of January 2010 which reads” Payment of NHT refund to be made within 15 working days”. I have not yet received such fund. Confirmation# M773133-0410

I have sent three applications to date, still no money what is happening is the NHt broke of under staff so nobody is assigned to checked emails again

I have applied for nht refund from February 3,2010 and to date have not received any payment. What is the delay? And when will the payment be made? Getting to you via the phone proves to be very difficult and time consuming.

I applied for my refund in January and was told there was a delay due to a glitch in the computerized payment system. Subsequent queries have not yielded any results. When will my refund be paid?

I apply for my NHT contributions refunds and got a text stating it would be ready within 15 days from the 20th of January 2010. Up until now it have not been updated to my scotia bank account!! Please investigate what is wrong!!
